Clothing return policy | Clothing returns


So you found the perfect outfit you were looking for, your ordered it and it arrived right on time, as promised. You try it on and.....it does not fit! you contact the company to exchange it or return it and they tell you "Sorry we do not accept returns, as stated in our returns policies". This is the mistake a lot of first time online shoppers make, when you are shopping online, you should always read the return policy from the store you are buying from before making your purchase.

Return policies are usually found on the bottom of the stores website page and must be posted by law if they are selling you a product. Make sure you read through the complete policy to make sure they allow exchanges or returns, and that there are no hidden fees when returning. Most companies will let you return and item for a refund but you will be responsible for shipping both ways. Other companies only allow you to exchange, and the are some that don't let you return or exchange, we suggest not buying from those companies, because if the item don't fit or you don't like it, you are out the money, at least make sure they offer an exchange.

Below is a copy of a return policy that allows exchanges only, no refunds, you will find that most online discount clothing stores offer this, but each store has a different policy so make sure to read it before placing your order so you know what you are getting in to.

                                                             EXAMPLE OF A RETURN POLICY

In order to maintain our low prices, returns will not be accepted. However, we will honor even exchanges "same item, different size" only, within 30 days from the day we shipped you your order on all unworn items (International orders cannot be exchanged). In the event that we do not have your size available we will then allow you to exchange for a different item. Any exchange that is received after the 30 day period will be refused. All returns require an RMA #. To receive your RMA # please EMAIL US and we will give you the address and instructions on how to exchange. Any return that does not have an RMA # will be refused. 

To properly process the exchange you need to include a note with your name, address, email address, and order number (if available, from the confirmation email).

Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges unless items are damaged, defective or incorrect (wrong color, size, or style).

You are only allowed to exchange once per order.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge acceptance of these terms.
